The Special Care Medical Associates, PC (SCMA) provides the best in medical direction, multi-specialty staffing, consultation services and managerial assistance to health care organizations. Our staff have many years of experience in fields including Medical Direction, Internal Medicine and Psychiatry among many others. Both management and professional staff provided by the SCMA are available to provide twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days per week emergency medical and managerial support to your facility and its clients. Our managerial services are an effective way of integrating the SCMA multi specialty recruitment with ongoing advisory and consultation services, since our senior management team provide support to all SCMA site managers. The SCMA charges a competitive hourly rate for each employee or, if desired, a negotiated fee for permanent staff assignments. This allows our clients to customize their staffing needs. Our rates are reasonable and are based on the prevalent wages and overhead costs in your geographic area and the medical provider type.
